Meet the Team

Principle & Founder

Hayley Green AF IDTA is a qualified teacher with the International Dance Teachers Association.

As the founder of OTB, Hayley wanted to introduce young people to a new form of expression and creativity through the medium of dance. Hayley realised that there was nowhere for young adults to go to and gain experience in various dance forms in her local area, and felt compelled to change this. Touring around local schools and communities is an answer to this realisation as well as aiding the decrease in the growing problem of obesity and social problems arising in today’s society.  Having spent time teaching in various schools in both the UK and USA, and achieving a BA HONS degree in Dance Studies at Roehampton University, and achieving AIDTA status in November 2010, she is more than qualified to deal with any teaching challenge that may arise.

Hayley is a hard worker who is committed to developing a child’s learning and life experience through the medium of dance, these values have constantly been displayed in all aspects of her freelance and educational work.

She looks forward to meeting and dancing with the people of the community and hope that dance can help them find their sense of inclusion in their community as well as help them gain a sense of healthy living through dance.

Hayley is currently studying for her licentiate qualification in Freestyle and is also a fully qualified Zumba instructor and Reflexologist (IIR MAR).
